Woodmont College is excited to offer an innovative Tech Internship Program to help our students break into the tech industry!

Woodmont College has partnered up with the Booster, a premier program that helps Jewish graduates gain entry into the software development workforce. 

In the Booster program, you will get the opportunity to work as part of a team to create software development projects under the guidance of experienced senior developers. This internship experience gives you a competitive edge when applying for jobs.

The Booster program is a 3-month program where interns work on development projects and keep up to date on current software tools and trends. Internships are part-time, remote and flexible.

At what stage of my degree can I apply for the internship program?

You must have learned HTML/CSS & React.  Node & PHP will be used as well but are not necessary.

What type of projects will I work on?

Projects are designed to include the latest software tools and trends greatly valued by employers.

How can I sign up for the internship?

Can I continue the program past 3 months?

Yes! Participants who are successful in their initial 3-month period can request to remain in the program and continuously improve their skills until they find a job.

How does the fee structure work?

Woodmont is highly subsidizing the Booster program for its students because we want to encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity that will accelerate your employment. The registration fee is $50 and monthly participation fee is $150. 

Who runs the Booster Program?

The Booster Program is run by Leora Waldman, a full-stack developer and online marketer with 20 years of experience in the field. Leora has launched multiple successful e-commerce websites, is an experienced coding teacher, and is passionate about empowering junior developers to succeed in the workforce.
