Rabbi Harold Reichman
President
Rabbi Dr. Harold Reichman
Rabbi Reichman holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, a Master’s in engineering, and a Ph.D. in operations research, and has been an ordained Rabbi since 1966. He began his career in higher education as a professor of Mathematics at City College of New York from 1971-1978. He has served as a faculty member of the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary at Yeshiva University for over 40 years, where he holds the Bronka Weintraub Chair in Talmud. Rabbi Reichman’s deep passion for education, both formal and informal, led him to found T’chiya Volunteers in 1971, coordinating volunteer opportunities for American college students to create and operate summer camps and extra-curricular activities in Israel for new immigrants from the Former Soviet Union. From 1985-1995, he founded and directed a Summer Torah Study Program for young adults in Shilo, Israel. As President and Founder of Beis Midrash of Queens, he has been involved in promoting Jewish charitable and education activities around the globe, since 1982.
Rabbi Reichman has been a leader in the use of media to promote education. From 1980-1990, he hosted a weekly radio show called the Torah Study Hour at a local New York radio station. In 1988 he founded Video Tutorial Services, and developed innovative educational videos to be used as supplementary study tools in Mathematics and Language for elementary school, high school, and college-aged students. From 1993-2004, he served as the educational consultant for Multi-Media Tutorial Services, which expanded Video Tutorial Services to include live tutoring services and test preparation. Rabbi Reichman has also served as chairman of Gaon Education, a company dedicated to developing adaptive Torah educational software for Jewish Day Schools. He has authored six Hebrew volumes of Reshimos Shiurim of Rav Yosef Dov Soloveitchik, which total a circulation of over 30,000 books worldwide, and contributed to professional journals.

Rabbi Hillel Rudolph graduated from Yeshiva University, with a BA in Computers for Business, an MA in Education Administration and Supervision, and semicha certification.
Rabbi Rudolph’s been involved in higher education, teaching and managing online academic programs, for the last 10 years.

Chana Prero
Chana Prero has earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology, a Master’s degree in education, as well as undergraduate and graduate level coursework in various areas of Judaic studies. She has extensive experience in secondary and higher education as both a teacher and an administrator. Prior to joining Woodmont College, Mrs. Prero served as an instructor for Naaleh.com. She lives among almond orchards and vineyards in Mevo Choron, in the Ayalon valley, one of the most beautiful places in Israel.
Rabbi Dr. Eliezer Brodt

Rabbi Dr. Eliezer Brodt
Rabbi Dr. Eliezer Brodt holds an MA and PhD in Talmud from Bar Ilan University and Rabbinic Ordination from Rabbi Moshe Halberstam. He is the recipient of numerous awards and grants for his scholarship. He is a prolific author, publisher and editor of many scholarly works and articles within the area of Jewish Studies in both Hebrew and English. Dr. Brodt has taught at Herzog College and conducted research on behalf of Tel Aviv University and Herzog College. He is one of the contributing editors of the Torah journal Yeshurun and of the Seforim blog. He recently started giving Classes for the OU Torah website. Dr. Brodt attended Yeshivas Shaar HaTorah, Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, and Yeshivas Mir. He serves as Faculty Chair of the Judaic Studies Department and teaches Talmud at Woodmont College. He lives with his family in Ramat Bet Shemesh, Israel.
Professor Daniel Batyrev

Professor Daniel Batyrev
Professor Daniel Batyrev holds a Bsc. in Bioinformatics from the University of Tuebingen and an Msc. Computational Neuroscience from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Computational Neuroscience at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Professor Batyrev has studied at Yeshivas Telodos Yeshurun and Machon Shlomo in Jerusalem. He has served as a lecturer in both technology and Jewish studies in various venues, including the Jerusalem College of Technology (Machon Lev), Olami, MEOHR, and Lauder Foundation educational programs. He is also a licensed fencing coach.

Dr. Shimshon Ayzenberg
Shimshon Ayzenberg went to Yeshiva College, Bernard Revel School of Judaic Studies, and Stanford University, where he got his doctorate in East European Jewish history. Before Woodmont College, he taught general and Jewish history courses and ran the Jewish Studies program at San Jose State University.

Rabbi Ari Ackerman
Originally from Highland Park, New Jersey, Ari studied at Yeshivat Reishit in Israel and then received a bachelors from Yeshiva University in Psychology. He also received a Masters in Jewish Education, Masters in Social Work and Semicha from Yeshiva University. Ari spent a number of years as the Aish Hatorah Campus Rabbi at Montclair State University where he was also one of the chaplains on campus. In addition to his work at Aish Hatorah, he taught and worked as a social worker in a number of educational institutions. Ari has worked at Yeshivat Reishit for the past three years and continues to work there as the Assistant Director of Student Life. Ari lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and two daughters.

Tzipora Klaver
Tzipora Klaver is the founding Director of Woodmont College. A graduate of Machon Sarah Schenirer (BJJ) in Jerusalem and Touro College, Tzipora has worked in higher education for close to 20 years. Mrs. Klaver combined her managerial skills and love of education when she founded the free Torah website Naaleh.com together with Dr. Harold Reichman in 2006. Mrs. Klaver combines well-honed interpersonal skills and a knack for building productive teams. Her goal is to provide a high-quality education in a service-oriented, personal environment. With an understanding of the unique challenges of the non-traditional learner, and the tremendous opportunity distance education provides, Mrs. Klaver directs Woodmont College to reach aspiring learners around the globe.

Elisheva Steinhart
As Registrar and Director of Student Services, Elisheva Steinhart’s role is to facilitate resolution of academically related issues, providing a listening ear to students in need. Her compassionate understanding and problem solving skills make her a superb leader for the college’s student services department. Elisheva is originally from Monsey, New York and has been living in Israel with her family since 2014.

Joelle Nadjari
Joelle Nadjari is a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience in diverse fields of the business world. She holds a B.B.A. in Computer Systems from Baruch College of the City University of New York. She began her professional career at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith as a computer analyst and continued in that branch for about 10 years. After making Aliyah she moved into Resource Development for several educational institutions and Hadassah University Hospital – Ein Kerem. With her original profession as a systems analyst in Information Technology, she applies this knowledge to all industries to improve efficiency and productivity. Joelle has completed graduate level coursework in Judaic Studies at Touro College. She also hosts overseas students in her home on an almost weekly basis.

Tzvi Broker is a Career Coach with 10 years of experience providing career services to individuals, colleges, and organizations within the Jewish community. He runs workshops on career development and work engagement for companies, conferences, organizations, and schools worldwide.
Tzvi’s goal as Career Counselor for Woodmont College is to transition students from ‘education’ into the workforce through strategic guidance on building a resume and LinkedIn profile and the mindset needed to find their next opportunity.

Nechama Glanz received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Yeshiva University and her Master’s in Social Work from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work.
She is a clinical and community social worker at Crossroads Jerusalem, overseeing the Beit Shemesh branch.
She is originally from Teaneck, New Jersey, and now lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with her husband and daughter.

Rivka Levine
Rivka made aliya from Passaic New Jersey to Ramat Beit Shemesh as a young child. She studied Computer Science at Darchei Rochel seminary, and has been working at Woodmont College since 2018 as the programmer and website developer. She is now in charge of the technical department, which includes development and technical support. Rivka’s problem solving ability and creativity, combined with her excellent interpersonal skills, ensure the optimal functioning of Woodmont’s technical department. Rivka lives with her family in Ramat Beit Shemesh.

Adina Hager grew up in Chile and Ramat Bet Shemesh. She studied computer programming and full-stack development at Maalot Seminary in Jerusalem. Adina is able to tackle any IT challenge. Her creative solutions ensure that Woodmont’s IT department continues to provide cutting-edge technology to faculty and students. Adina is responsible for managing the Woodmont College website. She focuses on website consistency and accuracy, web security, accessibility, and compatibility with filtering services.
