Professor Dan Hurwitz
Dan Hurwitz graduated from the University of Witwatersrand (WITS) in Johannesburg, South Africa with an Undergraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc. Eng. Elec.) and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Information Engineering. In addition, he holds an International MBA from Bar-Ilan University which he graduated Magma Cum Laude and received a reward of achievement for academic excellence. He is currently a doctoral student at Bar-Ilan University doing research in artificial intelligence and machine learning with applications in finance. He also teaches and assists in several courses in the business school such as – Quantitative Business Analytics, Finance, and Research Methods.
In addition to his academic credentials, he has many years of experience in strategy and business development in the hi-tech world covering a range of fields from measurement and instrumentation, power electronics, renewable energy, software engineering, laser technology and others.
Dan studied several years in various yeshivas in Eretz Yisroel and received smicha from the Harry Fischel Institute (Kollel Mishkan David) – where he studied Yoreh Deah under the instruction of the Rosh HaKollel – Harav Yaakov Varhavtig Shlilta.

Professor Dovid Lonn
Professor Dovid Lonn is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS, with extensive
experience in tax accounting since graduating from Yeshiva University in 2011. He
also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Reichman University in
Herzliya, Israel. Based in Netanya, Israel, Dovid has built a thriving personal tax
practice serving over 750 clients.
In addition to his tax practice, Dovid previously served in an advisory role at VCM
Software, a financial software company based in Efrat, Israel. He is excited to share
his accounting expertise with Woodmont students and is committed to making the
learning experience both educational and engaging.

Kerry Zias has been a strategic business consultant and college instructor of business administration courses since 1990. He has taught courses and performed professional consulting work in the areas of marketing, management, business start-ups, entrepreneurship, real estate, sales psychology and performance, business communications, business law and political/governmental relations. Zias holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing from National University.

Dr. Yoram Bucker
Dr. Yoram Bucker is an exemplary academician with 30 years of experience in higher education. He served as a Professor of Educational Research and Institutional Review Board Representative at Nova Southeastern University’s Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice for over 20 years.
Yoram’s research agenda produced 60 published, scientific, peer-reviewed papers, including national and international presentations. His work primarily involved the application of pedagogy and technology in online learning, particularly related to educational assessment and student satisfaction.
After a lengthy and successful career in academia, his family is fulfilling a lifelong dream of making Aliyah. Originally from Montreal, Canada, he and his wife spent the last 20 years living by the ocean in Jupiter, Florida along with their two children.
His true passion is making online learning a rewarding, practical and enjoyable experience for his many busy, wonderful, hard working students! 🙂
