QTR Policies
Currency: All tuition fees are payable in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Schedule
- The total tuition fee for students paying via QTR payments, including the technology fee, will be divided into 8 equal installments.
- The first installment is due after enrollment and must be paid before the student is allowed to begin course registration.
- The remaining installments will be due monthly, on the same day in the month as the first payment.
- The specific payment schedule (dates and amounts) will be outlined in the student’s individual Payment Agreement.
- QTR Processing Fee: $100
Payment Methods
- Payments may be made only by credit card or direct bank transfer in U.S. Dollars.
- For bank transfers, proof of payment (transaction receipt) must be submitted to the Bursar for confirmation.
- Payment by check- the payment must be made in full for the full tuition amount without monthly installments.
Graduation & Academic Clearance
Students must have all tuition and fees fully paid in order to:
- Graduate
- Obtain official transcripts or academic records.
- Receive their diploma.
Direct Financial Arrangements
The student, parent/guardian, or school financial office will remain in direct contact with the
Bursar to coordinate and arrange all tuition payments in accordance with this policy.
